TODDLER ROOM TEACHER, full time (Bay Shore).


NYS licensed childcare center is looking for a reliable, nurturing, and energetic Toddler Room Teacher for a growing Day Care and Preschool. 


Hourly position, $12 per hour, 30-40 hours per week. Initially 8am-4pm Monday through Friday. Exact schedule may vary from week to week but will be between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday. 

Annual raises and professional development assistance provided.


Required qualifications:

- Degree in Childhood Education, Childhood Development Associate certification, enrolled in CDA program, or willingness to pursue CDA.

- One year experience with toddlers (18 months - 3 years)

- Must have or be willing to obtain:

1. Medical Clearance

2. N Y S background check (including fingerprinting)

3. Pediatric CPR and Pediatric First Aid training

DAY CARE/PRESCHOOL AIDES, full time and part time (Bay Shore).

NYS licensed childcare center is looking for reliable, nurturing, and energetic aides to assist lead teachers in day care and preschool programs.

Hourly positions, starting at $10 per hour with annual raises.

One full time position, 30-40 hours per week, initially 8am-4pm Monday through Friday.
One part time position, 15-20 hours per week, initially 3pm-6pm Monday through Friday.  

Exact schedule may vary from week to week. Increase from part to full time possible depending on performance and program growth.
Required qualifications:
* High School diploma plus experience working with children.
* Willing to change diapers and assist with toilet training.
* Must have or be willing to obtain:
1. Medical Clearance
2. NYS background check (including fingerprinting)
3. Pediatric CPR and Pediatric First Aid training

The Childcare Center of the Hamptons has begun Fall registration and we are looking for amazing teachers to join our team. We are seeking energetic teachers that have knowledge and experience with children to create healthy, supportive and challenging learning environments. Additionally, this teacher must be able to develop meaningful lesson plans. This teacher should be passionate, nurturing and experienced educators to join our childcare program.

Head Preschool Teacher:

Interact affectionately and respectfully with children. Consistently provide stimulating activities that will support their emotional, intellectual and social development. Keep an open line of communication between families regarding their child’s developmental growth and transitions. Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures while supervising the children at all times. Offer and share ideas and materials with co-workers. Able to develop weekly lesson plans.

Qualifications: At Least 9 credits in Early Childhood, Human Development or related fields OR on a study plan working towards a BA in Early Childhood education or related field. NYS certification a plus!

*Fluent in Spanish a plus*

Pre-Kindergarten Teacher for a Full Day 9am-4pm 4 year old Class at B.E.S.T. Learning Center

We are looking for a teacher to plan and implement for a 4 year old Pre-Kindergarten Class from 9am-4pm, Monday-Friday according to our curriculum, thematic calendar and Specials schedule. Must have excellent classroom management skills, experience with lesson planning, be extremely nurturing, patient, organized, dependable and well spoken. Must have experience and education.

Help Wanted: Teacher Assistant and Teacher Positions open varying age groups, days and times.

All staff are required to attend monthly staff meetings, 2 Open houses on Saturdays and a few special events. Teacher and Assistants are responsible for daily cleaning of toys, supplies, and rooms as well as educational responsibilities.  All staff must follow the requirements of the Office of Children and Family Services Day Care Center Regulations. This includes ongoing training of 30 hours every two years (15 hours within the first six months).

Teacher Requirements: A current active CDA, Associates in Early Childhood Education, Bachelors in a Child Study, or Early Childhood Education or similar field.  1 year experience necessary for working with 2 year old children as a lead teacher.
 Assistant Requirements: High school Diploma, Experience with Children in a group setting Preferred.  Assistant Requirements: We look to promote from within for assistants who have a degree in early childhood.

Hours vary between the hours of 9:00 and 3:00 pm - custom calendar similar to 10 month school schedule with required hours in August for set up/events.
