UPDATE YOUR PROGRAM INFORMATION

It is important for you to keep us informed of any changes in your program. We want to provide the families that call us with correct and up-to-date information about you.

You have three easy choices:

• Review your own profile and let us know of any changes. Simply enter your name or business name into the form and then click the Search button.
• Call or email us with updates or changes you would like us to make.
• Or... Click Here to fill out a complete update survey. It will go directly to the Council and we will update your records.
